Harvard alums prep, cook, plate and feast at the new Shanghai campus of Le Cordon Bleu
Over 20 Harvard alumni and family attended the joint event between Harvard Club and Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai. They spent a wonderful Saturday with world renowned Chefs Philippe Clerge and Nicholas Serrano. The attendees divided into two teams – Cuisine and Pastry, and worked with the chefs closely in the professional kitchens of LCB campus in Shanghai. After over 3 hours of hard work, they enjoyed a three course lunch paired with fine French wine of Chef’s choice.
