Del Levin leads Nielsen’s Marketing Effectiveness Practice in China, responsible for a suite of solutions designed to assist businesses in optimizing their promotional, advertising and media investment.  This range of cutting edge tools relies on Nielsen’s big data expertise to provide clarity, guidance and compelling support and support the client achieve Reach (reach the target efficiently), Resonance (cut-through creative across media) and Reaction (Sales growth). Del holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Colombia Business School.  Although new to Nielsen China, Del comes with over 10 years of Greater China experience and speaks Mandarin.

Jin Wang is a Partner in McKinsey’s Shanghai office. She joined the firm in 2003 and co-leads the Greater China healthcare practice. She advises global and Chinese pharmaceutical and medical products companies on a broad range of topics, including growth strategies, organization / leadership, commercial excellence, BD and partnership. Jin is the co-author of McKinsey’s report “Women Matter – an Asian Perspective”. She also leads McKinsey's All-in Initiative in Greater China office. Jin holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in China.

Baxter Jolly is the Chief Executive Offer of Weber Shandwick Asia Pacific. Since joining the firm in September 2005 as managing director of Weber Shandwick Singapore, Baxter has developed best-in-class practices and multinational client services, helping to achieve double-digit growth rates over the past five years since becoming vice chairman, as well as spearheading an integrated communications approach to drive business results for clients across the 10 markets in the region.

Glen Walter was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Bottling Investments Group China, The Coca-Cola Company from April 1st, 2014. Before this Glen was the President and Chief Operating Officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), the operating unit responsible for The Coca-Cola Company’s business in North America, accountable for 70,000 employees, and annual revenue of approximately $22 billion. Over the past six years Glen has held a variety of roles within the Coca-Cola System to include: US Chief Region Sales Officer, and Vice President and General Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises Central US, accountable for 13,000 employees, and annual revenue of approximately $3 billion.
