Please join the announcement and discussion of the key results from the Chinese Mainland Real Estate Markets 2015: ULI Analysis of City Investment Prospects.
ULI Shanghai | Chinese Mainland Real Estate Markets 2015 Launch
In its fifth year, the annual survey is based on the combination of a comprehensive written survey with over 110 participants and 50 interviews with developers, investors, and service providers, and evaluates the real estate investment and development prospects across 36 of the largest cities in Chinese mainland.
The goal of the survey and the summary report provides a platform through which insights and perspectives are shared, both among those already in the Chinese mainland markets and those who are interested in future involvement.
The report will be presented by Ken Rhee, Author, Chinese Mainland Real Estate Markets 2015; Chief Representative, ULI Chinese mainland and CEO, Huhan Advisory. There will also be presentations by Dentons and PwC on the legal and accounting regulatory frameworks in Chinese Mainland followed by a panel discussion with an opportunity to ask questions and to end with a networking session over drinks and light food.
The meeting will be conducted in English. Each participant will be provided a hard copy of the report at the seminar.
