High-Performance Organizational Culture by Design
Professor Campbell will present his latest research on organizational culture as an outcome of deliberate design choices made by leaders within their organizations.
Organizational culture guides decisions in the absence of policy and is widely recognized as a key driver of employee engagement, strategy execution, innovation, and performance. Dysfunctional cultures, on the other hand, have been blamed for many well-known failures of organizations to adapt to changing technology, competition, and economic conditions. What are the levers that leaders can use to design and sustain positive high-performance cultures in their organizations?
