With the development of digital technology, it seems that everyone is talking about digital and everyone is talking about how to do branding in digital world. However it is critical to understand what is brand trend in digital world first. Ms. Ceclia Huang will take us go through the recent Isobar new thinking on digital trend, Brand Commerce.
Without good implementation, strategy is only a piece of paper with no value at all. Good brand communication is the first step to build up brand strategy and it is also the rule of thumb in the digital world. Mr. Walid Masrouha will share with us on how to do a good brand communication in China.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Cecilia Huang, Senior Director, Strategic Intelligence & Brand Consulting of Isobar, has more than 20 years of marketing management in Greater China Region, extensive experience in many aspects of marketing: branding, marketing strategy, retail marketing, categorylaunching, communication, CRM & Multi-channel marketing
Cecilia works with variety partners toprovide the closed loop brand commerce solution - from business insights, brand strategy, digital strategy, e-commerce strategy and tracking mechanism. She builds up the business intelligence database infrastructure. Cecilia is successful brand coach and facilitator who provides consultancy and workshop facilitation services to brand owners
Prior to Isobar, Cecilia worked inInterbrand, JWT and SGK. Cecilia holds a MBA degree from National Chung Cheng University.
Cecilia is a mother with a teenage girl.Besides passion in branding, she is also an expert in wine.
Walid Masrouha, General Manager of Ipsos Connect inShanghai, brings 13 years’ experience servicing a diverse range of advertisers:mainly packaged goods, OTC pharma, luxury, and retail clients. Having workedwith Ipsos Connect in Saudi Arabia, UK, Switzerland, and currently China, heheld country or regional client service roles and BU branch management rolesalong the way.
Having analyzed an excess of 600 ads, heloves understanding brand communication and is captivated by the power ofneuroscience tools and the whole psycho-scientific field that is entering the research practice. He loves sparring with ad agencies armed with the convenient consumer insights to help brands best develop their equity.
Prior to his professional journey with Ipsos, Walid grew up in Lebanon where he studied Finance at the American University of Beirut and later earned an MBA from the prestigious IMD businessschool in Switzerland (2010). He is married to Nisrine and is currently a sleep deprived parent of their one year old, Sary.
He loves everything related to the sea:fishing from it, diving in it, and sailing above it.
